Tekkie Tekkie Muna (wait a minute, kapeng mainit), if your’e planning to play games and not really so hardcore about the fine details and effects, then you don’t really need to concern yourself with that thing they call PhysX.
You don’t really need to upgrade your video card if you just plan to play Angry Birds or Plants Vs Zombies.
But, it wont hurt to buy some mid-end (or even the high-ends) card for future use. But, who am I kidding, by then there will be newer cards that are more powerful than your current card.
Generally, a dedicated PhysX card is not required, but it is a great option. A dedicated PhysX card is a great option if:
2. You are playing games with hardware-accelerated PhysX
3. Of course, if you have an extra budget to purchase a dedicated PhysX card
4. Your PSU can support the main card and the PhysX card
Tekkie Tekkie Muna, keep in mind that computer “hardware” is a constantly fast changing commodity. What is “cool” and “latest” right now may not be as cool after a few months. So live in the present for this type of purchase. Meaning, buy only what is appropriate for your needs and do not overspend by buying only for reasons as vain as “to boast that you can afford.”
