The mark of a true gamer.
It’s a callus from resting that part of the wrist on a hard desktop or uncomfortable mouse pad while holding onto a computer mouse. They’re very common among PC gamers, especially the hard-core ones.
The mark is located at that point where your wrist rubs against the desk when using a mouse. PC gaming involves a lot of mouse movement and therefore a lot of friction on that one point. Console gamers don’t have this for obvious reasons.
If you just happen to have one on your right wrist (or left if you’re a leftie), and you’re not a gamer, then you also probably spend a lot of time in front of the computer working on that darn input device called a mouse, like a graphics illustrator who does not have the budget to buy a drawing tablet (so a stylus pen is out of the picture)?
While many other gamers out there rebut and says they don’t have the mark, its probably because they execute the correct hand posture and have the proper cushioning on their computer tables.
…anybody also noticed how cute the gamer chick is?
